About the Tool

An AI-powered photogrammetry tool that converts a real person into a fully rigged 3D mesh — no studio equipment required.

Point a camera at someone and the tool processes the input into a clean, export-ready FBX file. A single photo gets you a usable base mesh. A video scan produces the highest quality result, with better geometry, texture detail, and rigging accuracy.

Output supports multiple mesh styles and quality levels, making it flexible enough for game pipelines, VR, digital fashion, and beyond. It's the backbone of Friend Zoo — and a standalone tool in its own right.

Why It Inspires Us

The gap between a real person and a usable digital avatar has always demanded expensive equipment, skilled artists, and days of work. We want to close that gap to the length of a phone video.

There's something genuinely exciting about seeing yourself — or a friend — rendered as a fully articulated 3D character from a quick scan. Human to FBX is our attempt to make that accessible to everyone.

Beyond the immediate application, we think the downstream possibilities are wide: game development, VR social spaces, healthcare simulation, and more. We're building the tool we wish already existed.
